Why do I need to connect accounts here if they are linked on CFX?
CFX linking helps with platform access, but whitelist review still requires direct Discord and Steam connection on this page. This confirms the exact accounts on your application and verifies they meet server access requirements.
What information is stored?
We store account identifiers plus limited technical and moderation-related data used for access control and community security. We do not sell your data. For full details, read our Privacy Policy.
How long does approval usually take?
Most applications are processed within a few moments. If staff follow-up is required, your status may be set to REVIEW or HOLD and we will contact you in Discord.
Do my Steam privacy settings need to stay public forever?
No. Steam profile, friends, and game details must be public for the whitelist check, then you can set them back to private after submitting. If you prefer not to change settings, open a support ticket for manual handling.
What if my application is denied or needs review?
REVIEW and HOLD statuses are handled by staff in Discord. If you are denied and want to appeal, open a support ticket and include your Discord account details.
